Good Earth Good Eats: Canning Workshop is FULL!!
Fall is prime canning season – learn how to preserve food using both a water bath process or a pressure canner.
The workshop is led by Barbara Fath, who has been canning for over 50 years (since she was a kid!) She will provide an orientation to canning and demonstrate both methods. Bring your questions!
This Canning Workshop is part of Grailville’s 2010 Good Earth/Good Eats Program, led by local food producers and artisans to help us experience the connections between people, the earth and the food we eat.

Good Earth Good Eats: Canning Workshop is held Sunday, August 29, 2010 from 1.30pm until 4.30pm at Grailville, 932 O’Bannonville Road, Loveland, OH. Tuition is $25/$35 with lunch. Reservation with nonrefundable deposit is required. Limited scholarships may be available. 5% discount for single registration received by August 1, 2010. Additional 5% discount for multiple pre-paid registrations for this workshop or this workshop in combination with other Grailville programs.
